China Galaxy Securities or CGS (HKG:6881, SHA:601881) completed the issue of 4 billion yuan of a short-term commercial paper on Monday, a same-day bourse filing said.

The commercial paper has a 183-day term and carries a final coupon rate of 2.08%.

The securities broker will use proceeds from the issue to supplement working capital.

Both Hong Kong- and China-listed shares of the firm closed over 4% lower on Monday.
