Archer Materials (ASX:AXE) disclosed the immediate departure of Mohammad Choucair from his role as chief executive officer, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Choucair was previously scheduled to step down on Jan. 17, 2025. His early departure comes as the company begins its TMR quantum sensor project and amid an upcoming refreshed corporate strategy, the filing stated.
The semiconductor company's shares were down 4% in recent trade.
