UG Healthcare (SGX:8K7) reported "material" variances between its unaudited and audited financial statements for the year ending June 30, 2024, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Following an audit by Forvis Mazars LLP, adjustments were made to the statements of financial position and consolidated cash flow statement.
The company confirmed that net profit remained unchanged between the two reports.
