Beijing Chunlizhengda Medical Instruments (HKG:1858, SHA:688236) declared an interim dividend of 0.083 yuan per share for the six months ended June 30.

The dividend will be paid on Dec. 13 to the shareholders on record as of Oct. 21, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.

The orthopedic medical device company's shares were down nearly 2% in recent trade.
