Bright Future Technology's (HKG:1351) trustee purchased 14,098,000 shares on Tuesday under a share award scheme, according to a same-day filing with the Hong Kong stock exchange.

The share purchase price is about HK$6.5 million with an average price of HK$0.461 apiece, the filing said.

Following the purchase, the trustee now holds 39,760,809 shares.

Shares closed 13% lower during Wednesday's trading.
