Hydrofarm CEO Bill Toler to step down from role, Lindeman to succeed

Hydrofarm (NASDAQ:HYFM) said CEO and chair, Bill Toler, will be retiring from the position of the chief executivem and become executive chairman, effective as of January 1.
John Lindeman, who is currently CFO and executive vice president, will take the role of CEO.
Kevin O’Brien, currently the chief accounting officer, will become the CFO.
Toler has served as Hydrofarm's Chairman and CEO since January 2019.
