Niks Professional (SGX:NPL) has dissolved its wholly-owned US-based subsidiary, Niks Professional LLS, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Wednesday.

The company had been dormant and the group does not expect to resume its activities in the US, the filing said.

The decision to dissolve the company was taken in view of rising compliance costs.
