M & A Equity (KLSE:M&A) struck off its indirect unit Prosperous Decade from the register of the Companies Commission of Malaysia on Oct. 14, according to a Wednesday Malaysian bourse filing.
Prosperous Decade is dormant, so the strike will not materially impact the company's earnings for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.
Shares gained about 2% recently.
