AInnovation Technology Group (HKG:2121) agreed to cooperate with China Resources Digital in the field of industrial intelligence, a Friday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
Under the cooperation agreement, the parties plan to focus on joint research and development and combine China Resources Digital's existing large model platforms with the company's industrial large model technology platform to develop industrial-intelligence capable applications and systems for internal or external China Resources Holdings customers.
The AI solutions provider's shares closed over 6% higher on Friday.
