Acme United (ACU) shares fell more than 8% in recent Friday trading after the company reported lower Q3 results year over year.
Earnings for the period ended Sept. 30 fell to $0.54 per diluted share from $0.58 a year before.
Net sales for the quarter clocked in at $48.2 million, down from $50.4 million a year previously.
