BRUSSELS, Oct 18 (Reuters) - NATO Chief Mark Rutte on Friday commended the Romanian authorities and NATO's Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR)for their quick and effective response to a small flying object entering Romania's national airspace on Thursday.
"We will continue to increase surveillance, exchange information and coordinate individual and collective responses," Rutte said, adding that the alliance supports Romania in addressing the security challenges posed by the violation.
