Differ Group Auto (HKG:6878) has applied to the High Court of Hong Kong to convene a new meeting for the creditors to consider and approve the revised restructuring scheme, a Thursday bourse filing said.
Under the amended scheme, straight bonds will be issued to the creditors to settle the company's remaining debt, while share charges over the companies under the Differ Security Group and security undertakings shall be guarantees for the liabilities of the company under the bonds.
The revised proposed scheme is set for hearing on Dec. 13, according to the financial services provider.
