Smart Digital Technology Group (HKG:1159) is set to appoint Prism Hong Kong as its auditor with effect from Thursday until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The appointment came following the resignation of Baker Tilly as the auditor of the company effective from Thursday.
The film and TV investor's shares closed nearly 3% higher on Thursday.
