CK Hutchison Holdings (HKG:0001) shareholders voted in favor of the merger of Three UK and Vodafone UK during an extraordinary general meeting, with 99.98% of the votes in favor, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Britain's antitrust regulator has previously expressed concern about the possibility of a merger and will present its report on Dec. 7.
