A Court ordered the franchisor of the G.J. Gardner Homes franchise, Netdeen, to pay Teaminvest Private Group (ASX:TIP) subsidiary Colour Capital AU$20 million, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Netdeen must also pay costs, the filing stated. The companies have leave to make further submissions regarding the costs order and interest.
Teaminvest Private Group's shares rose almost 3% in recent Friday trade.
