Kinetik Holdings raised its dividend 4% to 78 cents.
The new payout, equal to $3.12 a year, represents an annual yield of about 6.3% based on Thursday's closing price of $49.72.
The Texas-based oil and gas company said the increased dividend will be paid on Nov. 7 to shareholders on record as of Oct. 28.
The company is scheduled to report its third-quarter earnings after the bell on Nov. 6 and plans to host a call with analysts the following day.
