Latvia supports Zelenskiy's victory plan, defence minister says

BRUSSELS, Oct 17 (Reuters) - Latvia supports the victory plan touted by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, Latvian defence minister Andris Spruds told reporters on Thursday, adding that air policing by the Western military alliance over the Baltic states to the defence mission must be upgraded.
