Sanli Environmental's (SGX:1E3) subsidiary, Sanli-EnGreen, signed a power purchase agreement with Topland Plaza, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
Under the agreement, the company will install a photovoltaic power generation system at the Topland Hotel and Convention Center in Thailand.
Sanli's subsidiary will also have exclusive rights to sell the electricity output for a 15-year period.
