Prudential (SGX:K6S, HKG:2378) repurchased 800,000 shares in London on Friday at an average price of about 6.77 pounds sterling per share, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Upon cancellation of the purchased shares, the company will have 2,692,213,911 shares in issue, the filing said.
