Cogstate (ASX:CGS) will start its 12-month on-market share buyback program on Nov. 11.
The neuroscience technology company will repurchase up to 17.3 million shares, or 10% of its issued ordinary shares, according to Monday filings with the Australian bourse.
The company's shares were up almost 2% in recent Monday trade.
