COSCO Shipping Ports' (HKG:1199) subsidiary Sun Hope Investment Enterprise agreed to purchase a combined 30% stake in Thai company Hutchison Laemchabang Terminal from Hutchison Port Holdings and Sapphire Terminal (Thailand).
The subsidiary also agreed to purchase 12.5% of the entire issued share capital of Thailand-based Thai Laemchabang Terminal from Sapphire, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The total consideration for amount $110 million and will be funded through the company's internal resources.
