Teo Seng Capital (KLSE:TEOSENG) proposed a bonus issue of 300 million bonus shares, based on one bonus share for every one existing company share.

The Malaysian poultry company will determine the entitlement date at a later date, according to a Tuesday Malaysian bourse filing.

The bonus issue is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter, it noted.

Shares gained over 1% recently.
