Domain Holdings Australia (ASX:DHG) Chief Executive Jason Pellegrino will step down from his role after three to six months, following a transition agreement with the company's board, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The ASX-listed online property marketplace said Pellegrino's staged exit will allow the board to evaluate candidates. Pellegrino has been in the role for six years.
The company's shares slipped almost 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
