Dairyworks CEO Tim Carter will succeed Watson in an acting capacity as the company starts a global search for a permanent hire.
Meanwhile, Dairyworks Chief Financial Officer Aaron Kenny will act as Dairyworks CEO in the interim, the filing stated.
