Mapletree Logistics Trust (SGX:M44U) posted distribution per unit of SG$0.02027 in the fiscal second quarter ended Sept. 30, down 10.6% from SG$0.02268 a year earlier, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Available distributable to unitholder for the period came in at SG$102.3 million, a decrease of 9.1% from SG$112.5 million a year earlier.
Net property income for the period slipped year on year to SG$158.6 million from SG$162.0 million, while gross revenue edged down to about SG$183.3 million from SG$187.0 million a year ago, the filing said.
The real estate investment reported a portfolio occupancy of 96.0% for the period.
