China Datang Corporation Renewable Power (HKG:1798) has completed the issue of 1 billion yuan of renewable corporate bonds, a Tuesday bourse filing said.

The bonds carry a 2.3% interest rate and have a basic term of three years.

The power supplier will use proceeds from the issue to repay debt, replenish working capital, and invest in projects and operations.
