Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT's (SGX:CMOU) income available for distribution fell 8.8% year over year to $11.9 million in the third quarter of the year from $13.1 million, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Wednesday.
Net property income slipped 8.8% year over year to $20.1 million from $22.1 million.
Gross revenue meanwhile, was down 2% year over year to $37.6 million from $38.4 million, mainly due to higher property expenses during the third quarter of the year.
The REIT's total portfolio occupancy stood at 88.7% compared to 90.7% in the previous quarter.
Shares of the REIT were down nearly 2% in recent trading.
