OUE Unit to Issue SG$50 Million Green Bonds Due 2029

OUE (SGX:LJ3) unit OUE Treasury has proposed to issue SG$50 million worth of 4.00% green bonds due in 2029 under its SG$3.0 billion multicurrency debt issuance program, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Tuesday.

The bonds will be consolidated and form a single series with the existing SG$150 million 4.00% green bonds due 2029, which were issued on October 8.

Interest on the bonds will be paid semi-annually in arrear on April 8 and Oct. 8 each year, starting from April 8, 2025. The company expects the bonds to be issued on Oct. 29.
