Technology stocks declined premarket Wednesday as the Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) was 0.4% lower and the SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) was recently down 0.1%.

Enphase Energy (ENPH) shares fell past 17% after the company reported lower Q3 non-GAAP earnings and revenue.

Texas Instruments (TXN) shares were up over 2% after the company reported lower Q3 earnings and revenue that still beat market expectations.

Amphenol (APH) shares were up almost 1% after the company reported higher Q3 adjusted earnings and revenue.
