St Barbara (ASX:SBM) canceled a resolution seeking approval at the annual general meeting of an additional 10% placement capacity as its market now exceeds the threshold, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Under ASX Listing Rule 7.1A, a listed entity must have a market capitalization of AU$300 million or less and not be included in the S&P/ASX300 Index in order to obtain the 10% placement capacity, the filing said.
