LKQ (LKQ) said Thursday that it has approved a $1 billion increase and a one-year extension to its ongoing buyback program, bringing the total authorization to $4.5 billion.
Repurchases will be authorized through Oct. 25, 2026, the company said.
LKQ said it has repurchased 62 million shares for $2.7 billion as of Sept. 30
