Alset International (SGX:40V) incorporated a subsidiary named Hapi Home in Nevada, US, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
Hapi Home is primarily involved in the acquisition and leasing of residential properties, the filing said. Alset's 78.7% subsidiary, HWH International, holds 100% stake in the newly-incorporated company.
