Acrometa (SGX:43F) entered into a sale and purchase agreement for the disposal of all of the shares it holds in Life Science Incubator for an aggregate consideration of SG$2.7 million, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Monday.

According to executive director Lawrence Toh, the disposal is part of the group's strategic review to shift towards mineral sands trading.
