Akeso (HKG:9926) raised about HK$1.92 billion by placing 31,700,000 shares to six placees, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The placement price was HK$61.28 per placing share. The placed shares amount to about 3.53% of the total issued share capital.

The company's share prices were down by over 1% in recent trading.
