A unit of Kangda International Environmental (HKG:6136) will sell certain assets to Canton Greengold Financial Leasing for 50 million yuan to then lease them back from the lessor, a Tuesday bourse filing said.

The assets comprise sewage treatment facilities in Zibo City in Shandong Province, China, according to the wastewater treatment service provider.

The lessor will lease the assets back to lessee Meiling Environmental Technology (Zibo) for 72 months.
