H2G Green (SGX:5AI) was granted a further extension by the Singapore Exchange to convene its annual general meeting by October 29 and to publish its sustainability report, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
In a filing from Sept. 26, the company had cited the need to re-issue its financial statements to account for a liability of SG$300,000 in the profit or loss section of its annual report.
