Xikang Cloud Hospital (HKG:9686) appointed Ernst & Young as its new auditor with effect from Monday until the next annual general meeting of the company, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The appointment comes after PricewaterhouseCoopers agreed to resign from its post at the company's proposal.
The cloud hospital platform and medical services provider's shares closed over 3% lower on Monday.
