Hysan Development's (HKG:0014) subsidiary Earn Extra Investments agreed to renew the lease of certain premises in Hong Kong with Jebsen & Co. for another 18 months, starting from Nov. 1, 2024, and expiring on April 30, 2026, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The premises include the 20th, 21st, and 22nd floors of Hysan Place on 500 Hennessy Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.

The rent is set at HK$3.8 million per month; meanwhile, the annual caps set for the new lease period are HK$9.7 million for 2024, HK$59.0 million for 2025, and HK$20.0 million for 2026.
