Musician James Taylor is expected to join Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, the Democratic vice presidential nominee, for a campaign rally Thursday evening in Wilmington, N.C.

The Grammy Award-winning artist is participating in the "When We Vote We Win" concert series to mobilize voters for Vice President Kamala Harris and Walz. Taylor got bumped from a planned performance on the opening night of the Democratic National Convention in Chicago after that evening's program fell way behind schedule.
