China National Building Material or CNBM (HKG:3323) unit Sinoma Science & Technology (Chengdu) will acquire certain assets from affiliate Sinoma IT (Chengdu) for a little over 89.7 million yuan, a Monday bourse filing said.

The assets comprise factory buildings, land use rights, and related machinery, equipment and electronic equipment in the Sichuan province of China.

Sinoma IT (Chengdu) is a unit of Sinoma International Engineering (SHA:600970), another unit of CNBM.

Shares of the construction materials company closed nearly 6% higher on Monday.
