The Standard Lithium (SLI) and Equinor (EQNR) joint venture SWA Lithium said Monday it signed a license agreement with Koch Technology Solutions to implement its Li-Pro Lithium Selective Sorption technology at the South West Arkansas Project's phase 1 commercial plant.

The deal covers the technology's use throughout phase 1, with an option to extend to future project phases, SWA Lithium said.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Standard Lithium shares were more than 3% higher in recent premarket activity.
