Four analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.83.
Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30, expressed as the sum of net interest income and total noninterest income, was $162.7 million, compared with $171.3 million a year earlier.
Two analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $159.5 million.
The company maintained a quarterly cash dividend of $0.70 per share, payable on Dec. 13 to shareholders of record on Nov. 29.
