Santana Minerals (ASX:SMI, NZE:SMI) said its pre-feasibility study for the Bendigo-Ophir gold project in New Zealand is nearing completion, with significant progress made in the September quarter, according to a Monday filing with the Australian Securities Exchange.
The project was included in the list of Fast Track Approval projects from the New Zealand Government's Fast Track Approvals Bill, set for ratification in the December quarter, the filing said.
The company ended the September quarter with a gross cash balance of AU$32 million, according to the filing.
