TEMPO.CO, Mataram - Secretary General of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP) Hasto Kristiyanto asserts that PDIP has had no issues with President Prabowo Subianto.
"PDIP has no issues related to Mr. Prabowo," said Hasto to journalists after leading a special regional working meeting (Rakerdasus) for the consolidation of simultaneous Regional Elections 2024 in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) organized by the NTB PDIP DPD in Mataram City, Saturday, October 26, 2024.
He mentioned that PDIP trusts President Prabowo Subianto to work to the best of his abilities to lead Indonesia. "We (PDIP) trust Mr. Prabowo to work to the best of his abilities," he said.
According to Hasto, PDIP's commitment is how the progress of this country can be carried out to the best of its abilities.
When asked about the schedule of Megawati's meeting with Prabowo, Hasto did not answer. He seemed to be in a hurry to head to the airport to return to Jakarta.
It is known that Secretary General of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle Hasto Kristiyanto led a special regional working meeting (Rakerdasus) for the consolidation of simultaneous Regional Elections 2024 held in Mataram City.
Hasto Kristiyanto stated that his presence in NTB was due to an assignment from the Chair of PDIP, Megawati Soekarno Putri, in order to lead the consolidation of the simultaneous elections victory for governors, regents, mayors in the NTB region.
"We want to ensure that in the next 32 days, all party cadres truly move by building a spirit of friendship, a spirit of development from NTB," he said.
