Spirit Technology Solutions (ASX:ST1) appointed nonexecutive director Shan Kanji as chair to succeed James Joughin, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Joughn will retire as chair at the conclusion of the managed services provider's annual general meeting to be held on Nov. 20.

Spirit Technology Solutions also appointed Russell Baskerville as deputy chair, effective Oct. 28. Baskerville is currently the non-executive chair of One Click Group (ASX:1CG).

Baskerville committed to subscribe for 18,867,924 of the company's ordinary shares at AU$0.053 apiece for an aggregate amount of AU$1.0 million.
