Livingstone Health (SGX:PRH) allotted and issued 1,034,078 shares pursuant to the exercise of warrants, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

Following the allotment and issuance of the shares, the total number of issued and paid up capital of the company has increased to 614,315,905 shares.

The shares are expected to be listed and quoted on the Catalist on or about Oct 29.

Shares of the tertiary health services provider fell nearly 4% in recent trading.
