Agree Realty (ADC) said late Thursday it priced a public offering of 4.4 million common shares at $74 per share pursuant to certain forward sale agreements.
Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 660,000 additional shares.
Net proceeds, which will be received upon future settlement of the forward sale agreements, will be used for general corporate purposes, the company said.
The offering, which was upsized from the previously announced offering size of 4 million shares, is expected to close on or about Oct. 28.
