China Resources Building Materials Technology Holdings (HKG:1313) reported a profit attributable to the owners of 142.8 million yuan for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, higher compared with 81.8 million yuan in the prior-year period, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Basic earnings per share were 0.020 yuan, compared with 0.011 yuan in the previous year, the filing said.

The turnover for the quarter was 5.46 billion yuan, down from 6.17 billion yuan a year ago.
