Shareholders of Lisi Group (HKG:0526) will meet Nov. 12 to vote on the proposed subscription of certain financial products, as well as export and import agency service agreements of unit Ningbo Lisi Household Products, a Friday bourse filing said.

Ningbo Lisi Household Products agreed to subscribe for up to 800 million yuan of financial products by National Trust in September.

The subsidiary also entered into contracts with Lisi Import & Export for export and import agency services.

Shares of the firm closed over 1% lower on Friday.
