Broadway Industrial Group (SGX:B69) is a subject of a mandatory conditional cash offer after Patec entered into an agreement with Lau Leok Yee and Lew Syn Pau for the acquisition of 196,964,849 shares in the company's capital, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Monday.

The shares represent around 43.32% of the total issued share capital of the company at a price of SG$0197 per share.

The offer will be conditional upon the offeror receiving valid acceptances by the close of the offer.
